We are featuring a column in the “South Potomac Pilot“ newspaper for the purpose of providing information on carpools, van pools and other commuter opportunities for employees at Dahlgren and Indian Head.

The column “Commuter Clearinghouse“ will be a place to find information on carpools or van pools that already exist and need passengers, as well as a place for employees to advertise to start a new carpool or van pool.

As a starting point, we are asking employees already operating a carpool or van pool to contact NSA South Potomac Public Affairs if you are open to accepting new riders or need drivers.

We will need basic information that a potential commuter would want to know: who to call, cost, route and stops.

We're also inviting employees who are looking for a carpool or van pool to provide us with pertinent information that might help you find or start a commuter opportunity, such as, where you will need to commute from and to, preferred schedule and contact information.
