A Priority Group Vaccination Clinic is scheduled this Saturday, Nov. 7 at the Fort Myer Community Center from 9 a.m. until complete based on vaccine availability. Eligible personnel are Rader-enrolled patients based on the following priority groups: Rader-enrolled pregnant women, Rader-enrolled children 6 months-24 years, Rader-enrolled parents caring for infants younger than 6 months, Rader enrolled patients with a chronic health diagnosis ages 24-64 (diabetes, cancer, HIV, asthma, heart disease).

Like the rest of the country, Rader has a limited supply of the injectables and only 500 mists. Therefore, it will be administered on a first come, first served basis. Rader Clinic will screen patients for priority group to assure that the vaccine goes to the correct person based on CDC guidelines. Please do not get upset with the volunteers if Rader Clinic runs out or if you are told that you are not in a priority group. The priority groups are based on the people who have been severely ill and hospitalized, or dying from H1N1.
